Shipping Costs

We have both Normal Shipping (No Tracking) and Shipping with Tracking available as well as DHL Express.
Orders shipped with Normal Shipping have no way to be tracked or checked on after they are shipped.

Our shipping prices depend on Total Order Weight so you can check accurate prices on check out.

A table with average Shipping prices per weight will be added in the future!

 

Delivery times

• Continental Portugal: Around 1 - 3 working days.
• Açores and Madeira: Around 10 - 20 working days.
• Europe:  Around 3 - 10 working days.
• Rest of the World: Around 7 - 25 working days.

Packaging:

We ship the majority of our products wrapped in bubble wrap and in a cardboard box so we can minimize any amount of damage that might be dealt to the package during transport.
The only orders we might ship in paded envelopes are Tournament Prizing or Singles, the later being put in sleeves and closed with paper tape, then taped between two cardboard pieces.

 

Shipments Outside the European Union

International customers with an address in a country outside the European Union should be aware that any products sent may be seized by Customs of the recipient country, and they may charge various customs fees and expenses. The customer is fully responsible for these costs and The Card Garden will not accept returns based on refusal to pay customs charges. If an order is returned to us for this reason, the customer will be charged any additional cost that we have to bear.
Please be sure to check with your Country's Customs in advance so you are aware of any fees that might be aplied.

 

Damaged or Opened Boxes

If the box arrives damaged or opened, you must indicate this occurrence on the carrier. If you do not do so, The Card Garden and the carrier cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of goods occurring during transport.
